Location & Lodging
The ITOP courses normally are held at hotel locations. The Philadelphia
course will be held at the Holiday Inn Express Midtown. The Los
Angeles course will be held at Union Station at the headquarters
of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority
and no special arrangements have been made for hotel lodging. Union
Station is served by the MTA Red and Gold rail lines and is the
downtown terminal for the Metrolink commuter rail service.

Each student is requested to bring a handheld calculator. Casual dress
is encouraged.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to three weeks before the beginning
of your course and receive a full refund. No cancellations will be accepted within three
weeks of the beginning of your course. You may transfer to a future course or send an
associate.
We
make every attempt to conduct courses as scheduled. In the unlikely event a
course is cancelled, we do not assume liability for costs incurred aside from
the registration fees.
